Return & Exchange Policy
Each piece of art that you purchase from Stolen Butter is custom printed and framed for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Changes & Cancellations
Because each print is custom made for you, we cannot change or cancel an order once production has begun.
If you believe you made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@stolenbutter.com with the subject "Cancellation request for #<order-number-here>.” In your message, please include your order number, the product SKU, a description of the product, and your reason for canceling. We will do our best to cancel your order, so long as production has not begun.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your artwork is damaged during transit, please send an email to hello@stolenbutter.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged piece and the shipping box it came in so we can help.
